Cost is the first priority but not compromising  quality.

The last tyres I bought were Bridgestone BT016 which I purchased off Ebay for 90 for a Pair with less than 200 miles on :) .

Next im gonna give the Maxxis supermax a try as Ive heard very good reports for this cheap tyre, in tests it was only a fraction of a second slower than leading track tyres :)

I tend not to worry to much about how much a tyre costs as in reality all the good sport tyres cost around the same... I tent to go for reccomendations and something that can work in both wet and the dry however next time i have to buy a complete set of boots i think im gunna be biast to the new dunlop tyre granted it costs a fair amount but my god is it good  BEERZ

not from personal experience, but a guy who works with my dad has a mille, with maxxis tyres fitted, and withing a few hundred miles of hard road riding, they are starting to split! i think he said they are moulded in quarters or thirds, and where the seam runs across the tyre, it is splitting!
not really heard any other reports on the maxxis tho, but this has definately put me off!

I have to say i don't rate them maxis at all.. seen a few riders locally now who have had them and no one has any real confidence in them when ragging it..  thinking it might be a better tyre to have as a commuter tyre..

Dunlop Sport Smarts are on my next bike... when i get it  BEERZ
